Glaswegian John Croall left Scotland for Australia in 1970, settling with his family in Whyalla and becoming the local obstetrician. Hundreds of children came into the world because of his 'magic hands'. His daughter Heather blends home movies, family letters and animated sequences to capture this affectionate portrait.
